2 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
3/4 oz Averna Amaro Siciliano
1/2 oz Benedictine Liqueur

10 drops Gangsta Lee’n

stir all ingredients except bitters over ice and strain into a coupe glass, top with bitters and garnish with an orange peel

1 1/2 oz Hanahoto Kijoshu sake
1 oz rye whiskey
1/4 oz Roasted Macadamia bitters

stir and serve neat with a flamed orange peel

1 cup horchata
3 oz rum
10 drops Roasted Macadamia bitters

stir over ice

Krangostura

Pairs well with: any drink that calls for aromatic bitters

1 1/2 oz Batavia Arrack
2 oz pineapple juice
1-2 droppers Krangostura bitters
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz sparkling wine
 
Add Batavia Arrack, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and bitters to a cocktail
shaker and fill with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled rocks glass (no
ice). Top off with sparkling wine.

Smoke Gets In Your Bitters

Pairs well with: rye, bourbon, rum, mezcal

2.5 oz bourbon (Maker’s Mark or Woodford Reserve)
2 droppers Smoke Gets In Your Bitters

stir in a glass with ice and strain into a coupe glass

2 oz spiced rum

1/2 oz velvet falernum

2 dashes Bitters, Old Men Smoke Gets In Your Bitters

splash ginger beer

stir the rum, falernum and bitters over ice and strain into a coupe glass, top with the ginger beer and garnish with a twist of orange peel

Prickled Pink

Pairs well with: tequila, mezcal, sotol, pisco and vodka

Recipe: Prickly Pisco from The Meadow Portland

2 oz Pisco
1 oz lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 egg’s white
1 dropper Prickled Pink

Vigorously shake all of the ingredients except the bitters in a cocktail
shaker and strain into a glass. Squeeze bitters on top.

Isaan Another Level

Pairs well with: blended scotch, gin, vodka

1 ½ oz blended scotch
¾ oz ginger liqueur
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz ginger syrup
8-10 drops Isaan Another Level
club soda
Lemongrass-chile garnish
 
Place the scotch, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, ginger syrup, and bitters into
a shaker with a scoop of ice. Shake well. Strain into an ice-filled Collins
glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a piece of jalapeno skewered
with a thin stalk of lemongrass.

Papaya Bitters

Pairs well with: tequila, brandy and subtler spirits like sake

1/2 oz Dolin Blanc

1 1/2 droppers Papaya bitters

stir and serve neat
